毕革飞（1919－1962），笔名其文。山西高平人。中国现当代著名诗人。1937年抗战爆发后，参加薄一波领导的决死队。历任山西省某团文娱干事，决死队某团宣传干事，太岳区、晋冀鲁豫某军宣传科长、川西军区政治部宣教部副部长，志愿军某军宣传科长，《解放军文艺》编辑组组长，空政文化部部长。1943年开始发表作品。1952年加入中国作家协会。著有快板诗集《快板唱胜利》、《毕革飞快板诗选》等多部。
